How to point your domain to Osite
Takes 5–10 minutes. Changes can take a few hours to take effect across the internet.
Osite's two DNS servers:
gina.ns.cloudflare.comivan.ns.cloudflare.comReplace your domain's current DNS servers with these two — no third one needed.
Step by step
- Log in to the dashboard where you registered your domain (GoDaddy, Namecheap, registro.br, etc.);
- Find the section called "DNS", "Nameservers", or "DNS Management" in your domain settings;
- Choose the option to use custom nameservers (sometimes called "Custom DNS" or "use my own nameservers");
- Replace the current values with the two servers above;
- Save the changes;
- Let us know via WhatsApp or email once it's updated — we'll confirm and activate your site as soon as propagation finishes.
Where to find this setting at each registrar
- GoDaddy — My Products → domain → DNS → Nameservers Official guide →
- Namecheap — Domain List → Manage → Nameservers section Official guide →
- registro.br (for .com.br) — Acessar Conta → your domain → DNS section Official guide →
How long does it take?
DNS propagation usually takes a few hours up to 24-48 hours to take effect across the internet, though it's often much faster. Your site keeps working normally during this time — you'll just notice the switch once propagation finishes.
