Osite ("we") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).

1. What data we collect

• Data you provide: name, WhatsApp number, email, your business name and type, city, and other information submitted through our quiz, forms, or WhatsApp conversations.
• Your business data: photos, text, address, opening hours, and other content you send us for building your website and optimizing your Google Business Profile.
• Browsing data: basic technical data (device type, browser, pages visited) collected in aggregate to improve the site.

2. How we use your data

• To create and maintain your website and your Google Business Profile;
• To contact you about the service you purchased;
• To process payments;
• To send news and content, if you subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time;
• To comply with legal obligations.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with providers necessary to deliver the service:

• Payment processors — to process your payment;
• Google — to create and optimize your Business Profile and related services;
• Hosting and domain registration providers — to publish and keep your website online;
• WhatsApp (Meta) — our support channel.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as our contractual relationship lasts and for the periods required by law (e.g., tax obligations). Data from leads who did not become clients is kept for up to 12 months.

5. Your rights

You may request at any time:

• Confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
• Correction of incomplete or outdated data;
• Deletion of your personal data, where applicable;
• Withdrawal of consent (e.g., to stop receiving emails).

6. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to client information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the update date at the top.
