Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the purchase of Osite's services. By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the conditions below.

1. What's included

The Osite package includes:

• A professional custom website — no pre-made templates;
• Research on your business and local competitors;
• All website content and copy written by our team;
• Complete optimization of your Google Business Profile;
• Your own address included as a subdomain (e.g., yourbusiness.osite.dev);
• Assistance, if you'd like, registering a custom domain (e.g., yourbusiness.com) directly in your own name with a registrar — registration and ownership always belong to the client, never to Osite;
• Website hosting for the first year;
• Integration of your website with your Google Business Profile and Google Maps;
• Support via WhatsApp.

2. Delivery time

The first version of your website is delivered within 24 business hours after we receive the necessary information about your business (photos, contact details, approvals). The website is only published after your approval.

3. Payment and renewal

• The package is a one-time payment, charged once at purchase, at the price listed on the site;
• From the second year onward, an annual renewal fee (listed on the pricing page) covers hosting and ongoing support. If you have a custom domain, its renewal is handled separately, directly with the registrar where it was registered;
• If you choose not to renew, your website goes offline at the end of the paid period — no penalties, no lock-in. Your Google Business Profile remains yours.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide truthful information about your business;
• Send the requested materials (photos, details, access) so we can deliver;
• Ensure you have the right to use the images and content you send us;
• Operate a lawful business — we do not serve businesses engaged in illegal activities.

5. Ownership

• The osite.dev subdomain is for the client's exclusive use while the service is active. If the client chooses a custom domain, it is registered directly in the client's name with the registrar of their choice — Osite only assists with the process and holds no ownership;
• The Google Business Profile belongs to the client — we only optimize it;
• The website design and code are licensed to the client while the service is active. If you choose not to renew, you may request an export of your content.

6. Changes and revisions

Adjustments requested before publication are included — we work until you approve. After publication, small updates (hours, phone number, photos) are covered by support. Full redesigns may be quoted separately.

7. Limitation of liability

We work to significantly improve your presence on Google, but search ranking positions depend on factors controlled by Google and by local competition. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions.
